The HKMA Hiking Subcommittee has organized a structured hiking scheme called Lantau Hiking program. We had a round-the-island walk in 4 sections. On completing one section, members will be awarded 'Member of the Lantau Hiking Team Part 1' (and so on and so forth). On completion of the 4 sections, they would be awarded 'Member of the Lantau Hiking Team', MLHT.
The Fellowship Programme will begin in 2015 and we will scale 3 more mountains on the Lantau. On completion all the trails, members will be awarded 'Fellow of the Lantau Hiking Team', FLHT.
